REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS

REFUND POLICY

We at statisticshelpdesk.com vouch on our service quality with minimal refunds. In any unfortunate situation of dissatisfaction with the service, we pledge to resolve the issues by reworking/amending the task in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction or by issuing a partial or full refund for the services. Clients are entitled for refund based on the following terms and conditions:

Plagiarism

The client is granted a full refund if the solution provided is found to be plagiarized over and above the permissible limits of 20% as per various university standards.

Inaccuracy

A client is entitled for full/partial refund in case the solution is found to be inaccurate/wrong as per the instructions mentioned. The extent of inaccuracy will be evaluated based on the professor’s feedback or comments and appropriate refund will be issued if 40% of the content is found to be incorrect or wrong.

Work not as per Instructions

In the event of solution found to be not following the instructions of the assignment, A client can raise a complaint. Appropriate amendments or rework will be carried out to meet the instructions and all issues will be rectified. If necessary, the solution will be prepared from scratch for maximum accuracy. If the client is still not satisfied with the solution, then appropriate investigation will be carried out and a full/partial refund will be approved after thorough discussion with the expert and the client.

Grade Guarantee

Our services do not come with a grade guarantee as every task is different and factors like professor’s expectation, concepts to be applied, presentation level varies with various universities. We follow standard university practices for preparing a solution. The solution we provide are for reference only and the clients are not supposed to submit it as it is.

Editing or Amendments

Any post-delivery amendments or editing is always welcome in order to make the solution better in terms of quality, but in case the amendment request deviates from original instructions mentioned in the assignment to a good extent or if the amendment request asks for adding completely new stuff then necessary additional price will be applicable for the additional work. In such a case no refunds(full/partial) will be applicable.

Late Delivery

In the event of delay in submission of solution or not as per the agreed deadline, then the client is entitled for partial refund. In the event of delay arising due to uncertain situations like medical emergencies of experts, technical issues or incomplete information the client will be notified through email in advance.

Cancellation

The client is entitled to cancel any order within 3 hours of making the payment. In such a case a full refund will be issued to the client. If the cancellation request is placed post 3-hour period then a nominal fee will be charged (equivalent to 6% of the payment amount) and remaining amount will be refunded. No refund will be applicable post 24 hours of making the payment for the order.

Once the refund is confirmed, the amount is transferred within 6-7 days to the original mode of the payment used by the client. A notification email is sent as soon as the refund is processed.
